Get Air Trampoline Park Reviews
Our party host Destiny was on point, very professional, and made our party a party!! She was very attentive, hard working, and made a stressful situation manageable. Thank you, DESTINY, for all your hard work. Get air was a great place to have our daughters 5th birthday. It was really clean and handicap ♿️ accessible. 30+ kids would agree... great time, amazing experience.
Pete the general manager and Alisa were so great. They went above and beyond for customer service and my family had such a great time.nWe love it here and plan on coming back soon.
I absolutely love this place and so do my children. It’s a great place to come for kids to just burn off some energy and have a blast at the same time. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The park in Glen Burnie has one of the best managers Get air has ever had. His name is Peter and he’s very kind. He is truly an asset to the company. He loves his job and you can tell. You all made a wide choice hiring him.
Me and my daughter have a yearly pass here and it's amazing. My daughter loves it who is five and she always has fun with the kids. AND they have great seating for me to work on my laptop!
We went to the Glen Burnie location, and this place is NOT SAFE!!! There were way too many people in the trampoline area with no supervision! Specifically, there were two groups of boys between 11-13 years old who were running, racing, chasing, cursing, wrestling, and very aggressive!! They knocked small children over and ran into adults. There was NOT ONE Get Air employee on the floor at all! Clearly, parents were not supervising and Get Air personnel was also not supervising! I finally saw one employee who looked like she was walking to do something else, but after I shared what was happening, she was very kind and spoke with the boys. She stayed on the floor for about 5 minutes and was gone. Again, it seemed like she had another task to do so I'm not faulting her, and in fact, when we entered she was sweeping the floor in the lobby area so it's not like she wasn't working. There needs to be employees who remain on the floor in the trampoline areas,i ncluding the dodge ball area, at all times, to ensure rules are followed. Also, I read a review about some things being held together with duct tape, and I saw that too so clearly upgrades or repairs are needed. We'll go back to Sky Zone where it was safer and employees were in place supervising all areas of play, at all times..nn2 stars are because the place was clean and the young ladles at the register were professional and welcoming. This was a horrible first visit overall.
