The staff is great!!! They went above and beyond for my son’s party. The manager was super sweet and very professional. They make sure that there are sufficient plates napkins forks .nnI would like them to offer pitchers of water and the drinks instead of two liters. Make sure you read about the pizzas there is not a kitchen making them there.

Decided to take my sisters here & of course they had a great first time, but unfortunately I was concerned about their safety & the lack of construction within the area. Staff was friendly & helpful as they should have been, but with all due to respect Get Air Trampoline Park this would be our last time here till the company considers remodeling, children can get hurt or caught in some areas without supervision as well for adults.
If I could give 10 stars I would. The best hospitality and best experience for a birthday party I could ask for. My daughter had her 7th birthday party there. The prices was great our food came as soon as we ordered it. The only thing needs to be fixed are the water fountains. You can buy drinks from the drink machine if you have cash. We used the tables for the party. It was perfect for our guest. Definitely recommend for any child’s birthday.
Looking at the other pictures and reviews has me wondering if they plan any routine maintenance on this place. Woman’s restroom was in desperate need of repairs. Cracked back of toilet (how does that even happen?) and cracked off flush handle on the other, plus seat’s falling off.nnThe foam in the pits were depleted. The floors are very sticky, and table cloths on picnic tables, even in party rooms, were stained and dirty.nnOn the plus side, kids seem to have a blast here.nnI can’t give an opinion on price since we were paid for with a birthday party but just for a water you’ll need CASH bills, $2 per bottle, no surprise. The vending machines don’t take credit cards.nnStaff was friendly, helpful and welcoming! Owners need to step up and fix the toilets and get a deep clean going.
We hosted a joint birthday party for my 6yo and 8yo yesterday and had the best time. Huge Huge shout out to Shannon the manager. He was so kind, thoughtful, caring, and overall made the whole process so easy.nnWe booked the morning spot and it was great and not too packed. The kids ranged in age from 2-12yo. Everyone had a blast, no one was hurt, and the parents even got to relax a bit.nnThanks Shannon for being so awesome!
