Get air was huge. The establishment was hot (temperature wise). The bathrooms were dirty. The customer service could have been better. The parking was limited, but my niece seemed to have a great time. I wasn’t a fan of the birthday party rooms there was no privacy just tables in between two walls with no doors.
We love jumping here. The staff is great but the Ninja area needs some updates. Some of the fabric is torn and taped up. Other than that this is a great time!
I asked my grandkids where they wanted to go, and they chose this place. The sign-in was okay, but I didn’t feel like typing, so I entered my information for me and the kids. I paid for the services and bought them some socks. I sat down and looked at the vending machine and was shocked by the prices. Well, the kids had fun and I went to the bathroom because it was time to go. I didn’t like the bathroom, so I didn’t use it. It seemed like someone took what I used to do as a kid for free and turned it into a business. Who would have thought jumping could make you money?

Getting straight to the point, the Fayetteville location overcharged us $80. We had a party on 11/18/23. Location is understaffed and everything just seemed chaotic. We had to ASK for the pizza, frozen treat and party bags. Towards the end, the manager had us pay, asked for a tip and we were only scheduled to pay our balance. Few days later we realized we were charged an extra $80. Tried numerous times to contact the location but apparently the number listed takes you to any of the locations. The bathrooms were FILTHYYYY also
This place used to be pretty decent, but you can tell they're not putting enough money into keeping it up. There were multiple holes in the trampolines, broken carabiners, a couple of the landing areas don't have enough foam blocks to prevent kids from landing on the trampolines below, and no balls for dodgeball. We won't be back.
