Get Air Trampoline Park

This place was very fun, just slightly unsanitary. The kids there were not out of control, just very brave and unsupervised. You pay by the hour, and I was pooped after one hour..

Great place for kids and families to have fun and get a work out at the same time. I am 64 yo and brought my 2 grandsons, 7 and 9. They had a blast and I treated myself to a 20 minute massage chair! What great thinking to put them around inside! I felt it was good value, clean, staff was nice and best of all I simply loved seeing young families even with toddlers having fun physical exercise on a bitter cold, windy winter day! Wish we had one of these in my town of Queensbury NY!

Terrible experience.. lots of the equipment is looking pretty tired. But the icing on the cake was the fact that we brought our one year-old and three year old to spend an hour in the “little air” area. Before even entering the trampolines, our one year-old was almost bowled over by four bigger kids, carrying a jousting bumper. It says no one under 46 inches is allowed in the little kids area but unfortunately it’s not enforced and this was our experience the entire time we were there. Both of our kids were pretty much mauled over on multiple occasions. It’s a total free-for-all in there, with none of the rules being forced, and most of the employees being completely absentee other than to take your money at the door. This was a pretty bad experience, and have no plans of visiting again in the future due to this visit. And I should close by saying that this is not our first visit. We’ve been there a number of times, but this one was just terrible. It seems to have gotten progressively worse over the last several years.

My kids loveeee to go here, but I dread it because of how dirty it always is. I’d happily pay more to offset the fees of a cleaning service. The bathrooms were HORRIBLE and everything is ripped and dirty in the park. Please put some attention into this place, we’d love to come back!

Unlike other trampoline parks this place is understaffed, unsupervised and dirty. You can see that this place has a bunch of wear and tear and not well-maintained. Though the trampolines are completely fine. You’ll see areas all around that could use improvement. I would not recommend, it’s a free for all. If you’re going to have a birthday party there which we did not, they order their pizzas from Domino’s so you’re literally paying for pizza that you could probably pay a third of the price for. They order them all in the morning when we got there at 10, we witnesses the Domino’s delivery guy dropped off 50 pizzas for the day so your pizzas will probably be reheated by some staff member who has no clue what they’re doing. A bunch of their vending machines are out of order. It was just hectic and Vermont needs to step it up on their activities and attractions for the youth. For the price you pay, I would expect it to be a lot nicer.
