This place has gone downhill and is FILTHY. Staff is always cleaning their front desk area, but not the jumping area or climbing area. They need to mop also and disinfect their seating area as parents are always changing their kids on there. Gross!! My advice would be to shut down for a day or two and thoroughly clean. Just look at my photos.
Lots of fun for the kids, but please fix the floor near the slides. I watched 6 kids fall face first due to the dropoff. This was during a period of 30 minutes. Probably 100's of unnecessary falls daily
I visited on an extremely busy Saturday night with my boyfriend two kids. They check-in process was easy, but my phone was unfortunately swiped by another customer. After tracking my phone via my location on my boyfriends phone, we were able to locate the individual who had it. Once we had the phone back, we spoke with the manager, Lee, who was extremely helpful and made me feel better about the environment. For the 2-hours we were there, Lee checked to make sure that we were doing okay countless times. His customer service was outstanding and I’ll definitely be back! Plus my step-kids had an amazing time!
My daughter loves toddler time at Get Air, but the manager or someone in charge of this place needs to hire a serious major deep clean, it’s ridiculous how visibly dirty the floors and crevices are. It literally looks like it has never been vacuumed/cleaned. Also, we miss Dillion, the staff has greatly changed since it opened. I’m getting embarrassed to tell people we go to Get Air because it’s known for being not clean-seriously do something because it is super fun option for the Winters in PA
I've enjoyed this place many times, but today was TERRIBLE!! If this had been the first time I was there, it would've most definitely been the last! I have a year membership for my granddaughter that expires next week and I won't be renewing it for $159. The place was filthy!! Look at a few of the photos. I lost the other pics I took because I forgot to save them, but you can definitely see the problem. Unacceptable!
