Get Air Trampoline Park

Went in today as a family of 4. The white skinny guy with a hat on is EXTREMELY racist. Very poor customer service. I’ve never seen any one here harass a minor till now… I’ve been coming here for a while and haven’t seen this kind of conduct till now. This company needs to check with him because they shouldn’t hire people like him….. don’t you dare ask a customer if they’re sure we only got a certain amount of jumpers four times.. we came in with a party of 4 kid jumpers and will only have 4 kids jumping. When we were leaving after our jump time I noticed this same guy “looking” for us to make sure we had exited. Very disgusted with this type of discrimination and mistreatment . You thought you were slick .

We took our 20 month old son for the first time today.nCheck-in process was extremely easy and quick… The man that helped us was friendly.nAfter getting our socks on, etc. we realized we didn’t ask where the special area was for kids under 46” so my Husband went back to the desk to ask a lady working… She said ‘you can just go wherever you want, it doesn’t matter.’ I said to my Husband, ‘but they advertise a special area for 46” and under???’ So, we found the area ourselves! Needless to say, it was not patrolled and there were kids of all sizes in that area. This is really our only true complaint.nI will say, the facility does err on the side of uncleanliness, but definitely not anything atrocious.nWe would probably go back again just because our son enjoyed it so much.

Honestly not worth the money, I took my two kids here and the other kids were absolutely atrocious, I will be the first to admit my 6 and 9 yo are NOT perfectly behaved BUT they have common sense and I was with them the whole time we were there. If you kid doesn’t mind pushing and shoving just to get a couple jumps in then it’s perfect 😂 my daughter was jumping and doing flips on a trampoline in the WAY BACK with adult supervision (she’s a gymnast) and a little kid ran straight behind/into her as she was upside down in the air, the mother then came over from the other side of the place and yelled at me. Some adults and kids were very nice, but 90% are very rude, and know nothing about sharing there was also a little girl on the course (one way course) who proceeded to kick other kids off and yell at them if they tried to get by or say excuse me. Staff was VERY nice, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AGAINST THE STAFF, just the other people there. Kids climbing on EVERYTHING, running, pushing, screaming.

Respectful workers.nSuper fun 2 & 4 year old loves it 🤩nWill most definitely come back.nSave your socks or bring your own because that adds to the cost 😎

Saturday before Halloween. No one actually work on the floor managing kids and checking anything. It wad a free for all. They don't keep track if your time with is amazing.. stay all day and no one even knows. Bathroom was disgusting, dirty poop diapers in trash. Smelled so bad. No toilet paper. Socks are $5 each. A lot of the equipment isn't even usable, especially in the obstacle courses.
