0 out of 10... I do not recommend. Dirty af. Stinky. Not safe. Extremely raggedy. No attendants. The little area was shut down and they failed to mention that. Also there was an area that was supposed to be shut down but some children moved the yellow tape and there was cement down at the bottom of the pit but have the nerve to charge by the hour. I couldn't believe how nasty it was. Shut it down!! ASAP.nnSN: I only stayed because my boys wanted to. Considering adding disinfectants to their bath water. Lol but 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

If this review can keep one customer from going to Get Air Trampoline Park in John’s Creek, I’ll consider us even.nnI went to Get Air on 11.21.23 and purchased my tickets online. I only needed one for my son, but when I got home and saw my credit card statement it said I had bought two. I called up to Get Air, and they confirmed they remembered me coming in with only one child but with two tickets. I asked her if she could refund the other $20 seeing as how I did not use it.nnThen they said there’s nothing they could do because I purchased the ticket(s) online. I called customer service, and Vanessa told me the same thing. I told her I didn’t want a refund; even a credit would be fine. Again she said there was nothing she could do.nnI will not be going here again, though we enjoy the place. It’s not like I used their resources and am asking for a freebie. This situation could be reconciled so easily, and yet they were not willing to do anything to make me happy as a customer.nnIt could be bad management, as the toilet in the women's bathroom is constantly clogged with #2 waste, and the foam pits are more dust than foam. However, in case it really is their entire company's policy I will not be returning to any of their locations. There are plenty of trampoline parks out there.

We come here almost every Tuesday for Toddler time. I like this time because the manager always allows the littles to have full range of the gym and not just restricted to the area set up for those under a certain height. We have had older kids join in when school is out and even then the manager is always so diligent about scanning for safety and talking to those that are breaking rules. I am a teacher and I am most impressed about how the manager handles problems swiftly and quietly. I once hurt my wrist not jumping but helping my daughter. The manager heard and brought me ice. I was very grateful. Such a wonderful facility with varying levels of fun for all ages. On top of it all the place is clean, well ventilated and has easy parking. It is a win for both adults and children!

Terrible experience. Floors are almost black(dirty)! In 99 degree weather and the ac unit was not working properly. The management team did not even bother to let party payers know. Invested with bugs!! Bad customer service! The news team should pay a visit as well as inspectors!
