Get Air Columbus

My daughter and I went for the first time today for their special toddler play time. I think it's such a great thing that they offer three times a week where only little kids can go and jump. The facility itself was very nice I was very impressed with everything that they had. There were a ton of trampolines and things to do. I think adults would really like this place as well. I have not been when they have the general admission but it seems like it would be a great time. I also chatted with the owner for a few minutes and he was very nice.

Hosted a birthday party here. Wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t recommend. The place is sweltering hot including the “party room”. Booked a party room for 50 people. There’s no way 50 people would’ve fit in that room at the same time. The food arrived late to the room so rather than getting jump time after eating we had to basically eat pizza and leave. We were also told that we were not allowed to attach anything to the walls but upon arrival the walls on all 4 sides of the room were covered in tape from previous parties.nnThe party host was seen 1 time during the entire party yet still requested a tip when we checked out. Asking for a tip is quite inappropriate. Overall I do not recommend this place for birthdays. For physical activity in winter time… maybe but not for a birthday party.

This place is great for the kiddos. We go to toddler time a couple days a month. They have toddler time Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. My kiddo always takes a great nap after we go. The dude that runs it is super nice as well.

This is my first time at the Columbus Get Air and it seems really big inside compared to the other location we go to. It was a great time for the kids and there is plenty of seating for us adults around the trampoline park. I know at other locations you may not get a seat so I was happy about this. For some reason they didn't turn the lights down after 9 but honestly I don't think anyone cared. I was able to go on Groupon and get a coupon for 2 kids at half the price and I used that to get them in. So check Groupon before going if you're looking to save a few bucks. The main reason I'm giving 5 stars is that the gentleman who was working this night knew we misplaced our car keys. He offered to help us and get us whatever we needed after visiting their establishment and knowing it was late and we were pretty much stuck outside. For a mother with two children being in a parking lot alone at night with everything closed can be stressful. Not to mention we were not from this area. The employees here really helped this situation and it was a positive outcome. Thankfully they cared and I'm so grateful for them.
