My son still loves it!! New stuff has been added recently. It doesn't disappoint!! The newest ninja warriors may just start here as one of the newest attractions is a ninja course. Always something new!!!
This place is dirty its not sanitized its disgusting the floors are dirty and the Mats are filthy, the cubes where you put your shoes are dirty. It's sad 😔 please 🙏fix these problems
This place is filthy and alot of the foam flooring is coming up and instead of replacing the broken pieces it’s duct taped , which obviously won’t work for long they should def invest in new stuff before someone gets seriously hurt! And then there’s the staffing issue there’s not much staff or supervision for many of the areas , there should definitely be staff @all times where the kids play dodge ball , it’s just common sense to staff the area that is encouraging a bunch of all aged kids & even parents at times in there to hit each other with no rules or supervision and not expect that there may be some not so “fun “ things to happen!!! I will say the staff who were there trying to watch all areas at one time were pretty nice though, just like a parent they can’t have eyes everywhere ,I’m not sure about what management does to resolve this issue though
Great place that isn't crazy crowded like many trampoline parks tend to be these days. They recently brought in some new spaces as well which our kids are really enjoying and shows the commitment to making sure everyone enjoys each time they go. The staff there are very friendly and helpful as well!
Let me start off by saying I will never step foot in this place and if i could give them no stars i would just for customer service. Before I start, I do want to confirm that I know this is a place where they have signs all over the place saying not responsible for lost items, got it. But let me explain. My daughter was jumping and some how her chain broke and the pendent she had on it was lost... by the grace of God I was able to locate it, BUT it happened to fall to the bottom where it looked like a storage room. I go to the front desk and explain to them nicely that I lost a pendent but I found can you just open the door to get it. They informed me that the manager Is the only one who has the key and he will be arriving around 630. (Keep in mind it was only 230) so I said ok I will be back then. I arrive at around 645 lucky to see the same girl who was with me in the afternoon and who knew about the situation. She say he not here yet but I will call him and just check. She calls him and he responds he is in Walmart, so I say ok great I wait for him no problem. A whole hour passes by and no one tells me anything, I go to the front desk and ask if they could follow up just to see what was his eta. No one does and about 8ish a man walks to the back then walks to the front and holds a meeting with the workers, and to me it looked like he was bothered and disciplining them for having me wait for him. By this point he has not acknowledged nor greeted me as a customer. So I approached him and told him I have been waiting for him he cuts me off saying he needs to do what he has to do before he could help me with anything. mind you I already waited almost 2 hours for him for him to say I might have to wait until it closes. By this point I was upset and very disappointed. as a business owner my self I would never treat my customers like that, trust me I know they are not responsible for anything lost but at the end of the day I found it and it literally took him only 2 minutes to finally get my pendent. I didn't tell him thank nor i would never step foot in the place. Customers are all you got and I know when a customer walks into my business I am pleased and try and go above and beyond just to make them happy. He should have done the same thing and never had me wait almost 3 hours for him. I will make sure to tell people in my business community never to take there kids here.
