FunZ Trampoline Park Reviews
We had a blast. 3 stars because of employee attitude, I’m guessing it’s the manager. The KIDS were spending their tickets and the manager helping us made us feel like we were a burden to her and that we were wasting her precious time. Super disappointing. Is it really hard to smile and be grateful to your customer who come in and spend hundreds at your facility? We won’t be back. I’ll find another place to take the kids. The lady in blue with her arms crossed had the worst attitude for a kids amusement center. We will be happy to not return.
Very disappointed! Many attractions were closed including the newest activities like the ropes course and climbing structures. Staff wouldn't do a refund or a raincheck. Desperately needs maintenance and cleaning. Just skip this place and go to Portland
NOT THRILLED… I’ve arrived in a very MESSY AND MESSED UP FUNZ!!! STAFF ORGANIZATION screwed up system… Food left everywhere, tables not cleaned, non communicating staff, closure of the fun playground without informing parents… and sanitation FAILURE!!!we already informed other websites about this failed business!!! We will NOT come back since we drove from NORTHERN CALIFORNIA!!! NO RESPECT!!!
Came here for the first time, have said I'd absolutely never go but my son insisted for his birthday so I caved. It wasn't as dirty as I expected from reading other reviews. We had a large party room with pizza the kids all had a blast (and adults) I was more impressed then I anticipated. I give 4 stars because they never gave us the included shirt for my son's birthday package but that's super minor 🤷♀️
Really great place to have a birthday party, considering the jumping and structures.nnHOWEVER. There was one lady, short grey hair, who was rude to the birthday dad and multiple of our birthday guests. Also tried to make our guests pay for socks when we paid $430 for a bday party package including socks. I can give that the benefit of the doubt, but being rude was unacceptable.nnStaff need to communicate with each other and they need to make sure they’re giving wrist bands out to party members, so that’s not a headache the party parents have to deal with. Just try to make it easier for your customers who are spending their hard earned money to provide a great birthday party for their children.
