So much fun for little ones BUT for me different, the music only one side which is the entrance and the rest of the place just laud and annoying air inflator, dirty furniture and broken plastic balls with sharp edges what a great injury hazard for the kids, you have to agree that if anything happened to you or the kids is not their responsibility, they charge you extra 5% if you use credit card and lastly it looks like they have staff shortage, you have to go ask one of the employees to let you use the closed play the areas.
So, first of all this is definitely for little kids maybe max age of 8-10 years old. I thought the ninja warrior challenge and the wipeout would be fun for me and my 14 year old daughter. NOPE! We were definitely SO out of place; after 10 minutes of looking around, we decided to leave. The staff were so unbelievably sweet and gave me a refund. This place looked like it would be a really great time for younger kids and the staff are awesome.
My kid loves the place.... & I love it because he comes out of there, so tired,nAlso, as an adult, you can access and play with your kid in certain areas. That's very cool
I had no idea this place even existed until I went to help supervise my sons best friends birthday celebration and boy did they have a BLAST! They have trampolines everywhere, indoor (multi-level) play areas, slides, a ninja warrior course (which is pretty hard btw), VR games, bumper cars, volcano & climbing walls plus a toddler area which is so cute. They have different packages to choose and purchase. From Silver to Gold to Platinum and Unlimited, they also have toddler packages. The prices they offer for what you can do for the time allotted is reasonable. I do recommend you check this place out. It’s not just for the kids either, Adults will have a good time too. This place is for the whole family. Just what the Hadley/Amherst area needed. I WILL BE BACK!!
Kids love it but WAY too expensive…. Have one base price to be able to use everything…. Pay to play is dumb. and it’s so empty in here all week long they wouldn’t even let us do a Homeschool trip here for some kind of group play. They’d rather just have employees sitting here doing absolutely nothing then make some ok money I don’t understand it. Things are broken and there’s never enough employees to actuallly do all the stuff if you wanted too.
