We had a birthday for our son, on a Wednesday! The timing couldn’t be any better, the staff was phenomenal! Kenzie and Addy were absolutely fantastic, helpful, hard working, patience, and attentive to everyone needs. They made everything easy for us and our guests!nThe manager, Tyler was equally great, nice and extremely helpful!nGreat working hiring the right staff because it truly makes a difference!
My daughter enjoyed her 10th birthday party. Tyler was our party host and very friendly. We enjoyed the fact that he engaged in conversations with the kids. Everyone had a good time. Service and food were excellent.
My daughter had a good experience on her birthday. She had a wonderful time with her friends. Ty did a wonderful job, he was always paying attention for needs and really helpful. The other host started doing a good job, but in the middle of the party, the host made a comment about the kids, and my daughter was able to hear. In general, it was a really good experience, and my daughter was really happy, just the comment done by the other host (no Ty) made my daughter a little sad.
This party was so last minute but, with the help of my host Tyler, it went well like it had been planned! Kids had a ball! Tyler was so helpful with keeping the party on track! Thank you!!
We had my daughter's birthday there and everything was AMAZING! I am so grateful for Liv's help during the party because I was flying solo as a parent that weekend and we had a ton of kids show up. Everything was organized and the kids working there were soooooo patient! Great team!
