My 2.5 year old loved the place. She got some energy out for sure. The only con is that there isn’t more stuff to do but it’s great for smaller kids. The gentleman working the desk was super friendly so not sure where the negative comments came from. I was greeted and explained all the rules. Even got a flyer with their party packages. My baby girl got hurt and the guy even came to make sure she was ok (she thinks she’s a big kid). Definitely a great environment. 10/10 recommend
Took my son there during my short stay in NC. He didn’t want to leave. Great family vibe. Samuel welcomed us with open arms and ensured that we have a wonderful experience.
Nice place, easy to find. But I was very disappointed to see the lack of care from the staff. There were teenagers or very young adults playing rough and jumping on the trampoline. I was surprised they didn't break them on how they were jumping. The staff didn't do anything to inforce rules.nI was very impressed with the size of the party room. I'm not sure if I will be back. But the kids had fun. That's all that mattered.
Employee at the desk could use some re-training. Dude sat on a chair and on his phone while telling us to scan a QR code to fill out a waiver and at the same time telling us to read the wall for the rules. No meet and greet or making customers feel welcome. Would not take my kids back here again. Basic set up and nothing amazing!
This place is clean and also has a nice sitting area for parents where you can see your kids in all areas of the building. Very detailed and fun environment! Lumberton needed this 🙌🏼
