Freefall Trampoline Park Reviews
So much more fun than I even expected. Great place for a birthday party! Besides jumping, there is a foam pit, which is awesome. There are a lot of rules to learn, but I'm happy that they take safety seriously. It is possible for your little one to get away from you into a section that you can't see. So, for example, of you have 2 kids and one is obsessed with Blippi and refuses to leave him, (yes, there is Blippi who jumps, too!) The other kid can travel far enough away that she's behind walls and you can no longer have your eyes on both children. It's easy to wander farther and farther away from mom. So it did happen. I wasn't too afraid that she's get hurt or anything like that until I caught up to her, but what DID cross my mind was there was no security there. There were 3 parties going on at once, so TONS of families. In fact, that's how she got away. She didn't realize how she was inching away, and by the time I got a hold of the screaming/flailing little one, she was out of sight and not hearing me call her. And there are so many parents standing around that it's hard to navigate quickly. In that time, anyone could have walked out the door with her. There was no system to ensure that the same adults took home the same children. I would love some sort of security measure added. For example, all people in the same family come in and get a number on their wristband. When leaving, someone checks that the numbers match before being allowed to exit, if that makes sense. Also, it's a big place. Not an easy fix, but the bathrooms are on the opposite side of the building as the party. So they have all the kids leave the play area to eat. Once in the food room, of course everyone has to go to the bathroom. They have to walk through the play area to go there and back. Surprisingly, this went well for us, but I can imagine that it's not always easy for parents to return to the party room without kids crying to go back to playing. Poor design choice.
We’ve been to many trampoline parks and this one was, by far, the cleanest and most money efficient one. It was $20 for two hours and one adult can jump for free! Make sure you bring grippy socks but their socks, which you can buy, were very nice and affordable. Lots of space to jump. There’s a climbing jungle gym thing and a spot for only kiddos under 46”; which is so nice cause my son is 43” but he’s only 4 so he can kinda get bumped into and pushed over, so it was nice there was a spit for littles.nnThe staff were very nice, very friendly and very attentive! (Absolutely loved how attentive the staff was because we’ve been to a few where staff were on their phones…) Safety was high priority and very thankful for that!
Lots of space for kids. Parents can jump with their kids. If Parents want to watch- plenty of seating and massage chairs. Vending machines, a few arcade games and an adventure course(additional fee/pass.
I've been to at least a dozen trampoline parks and I love this place. Such a clean, HUGE space. Been here a handful of times and the kids have a great time every time, prices aren't bad either. Only thing I wish they had was something to entertain us parents while the kids play.
Love it here, I brought my 5 year old grandson, and he really enjoyed it. The price indicated was for his age range. The equipment is well kept, as well as the walking spaces. The restroom area was clean. Younger children play here until 12. After 12 open to all ages. Love that it was not filled with arcade machines. Age appropriate spaces. Snack machines are available, but you can also bring your own from home. There are cubbies available to keep items. There is a parent/ guardian waiver that must be signed and can be accessed online or on site for completion when reserving your time at the park.
