We have been to this trampoline park twice. This place is amazing. There’s a lot of fun activities to keep the little ones entertained. The kids loved it. Its also baby friendly. The place is clean. The crew is helpful. The front desk staff is friendly. Do check them out.
Horrible experience - waste of time and money.nMy kid had a terrible experience at this godforsaken place. Unhygienic and Toxic environment. “None of the staff members are adults” says the Manager, who abuses her power due to lack of superior authorities. She is UNWILLING to help, EXTREMELY arrogant and disrespectful. Guaranteed to flip your fun-time into FROWN-time. I would NOT recommend this awful place to anyone!
The venue is fantastic. There are so many different things for kids to do and adults, for that matter. We had our daughters birthday party there and the staff was fantastic. Her and all her friends had a great time.
I would like to express my disappointment with this establishment. Upon researching the trampoline park, I noticed that the reviews appear to be coming from the manager, Sonia Chica, which raises concerns about the credibility of the reviews. Additionally, the employees were not positioned at their designated stations to properly assist the children, and there was a lack of refunds for services paid but not provided. It was disheartening to discover that Dale Singh, the owner, was not available when I inquired about speaking with him, which felt deceptive. My overall experience, as well as that of my children, was far from satisfactory.
This place is extremely fun. It is great for all age's, there is so many cool and fun activities that you can do for a low price.I 10 out 10 recommend this place
