The place is very nice. My children and guests were entertained however I hurt myself by dislocating my knee, and they were negligent when treating my injury, they had no first aid kit, no wheel chair and did not offer any help to get me out to my car. It was a traumatic experience. I think that they need to train their employees to better handle situations like these.
My three year old LOVED it here. A great place to go when it is too cold to play outside.
My grandson enjoyed himself and I have to say the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would go back anytime if it is like my first time experience. And the cost is very affordable.
Great place. Clean environment and friendly staff! Kids enjoyed an hour of jumping and playing. There is so much for the kids to do. Definitely will come back with the kids. I do wish the arcade area had more things but what they had was good too considering this place is a trampoline park and not an actual arcade. Overall, you will have a fun time here with the kids.
The children enjoyed it very much......had to buy more time for the birthday...they didn't want to leave
