We attended the Jingle Jump 2023 event. My boys had an absolute ball!!nFlight adventure is AWESOME!!! I am amazed. They have crafts out and are supervising, refilling, and even engaging!!nHanding out milk & cookies nicely not just stacking a table and avoiding. And wow!! This place is great.nThe place is kid & parent friendly!! Seats in all areas for parents to see kids. Staff is wonderful and professional
Came here for a birthday party and it was great! The kids had a blast-as did us parents; we jumped too! We came at 1pm on a Saturday, and as to be expected, it was PACKED. Although there were hundreds of people everywhere, we still felt like we had enough personal space and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place is clean, and the staff is all extremely friendly. They are very attentive, and making sure everyone is safe and having fun. The party table coordinator was super friendly and fun. It was well-organized, well-executed, and worth the money. This was my son’s favorite party yet. Now we’re going constantly with his Golden Ticket that gives him a free month of jumping. Added bonus!
We came in on a busy Sunday afternoon and were greeted at the door. We received help from the manager Heather who was super helpful and nice. She gave us wristbands and we were on our way to a fun jump session with the kids. We will be back! The facility was also very clean and well organized. Highly recommend!!!
We celebrated my son’s 7th bday this past weekend and had a blast! Big s/o to Laura and Heather for making sure we were taken care of in midst of the chaos!! Definitely recommend!
Me and my son had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and there to watch over everything and everyone. Especially Ms. Heather who made sure we were happy with our visit. Definitely recommend for kids birthday parties, anyone visiting from out of town with the kids or just a plan day of fun for the locals.
