Extreme Air Niles Trampoline Park Reviews
The people working here are always nice. Some go above and beyond, and help my kids have a really great time. Some of the staff are even so interactive as to jump in the foam pit with them.nThe purchase process is streamlined and easy, and the prices are up front and clearly explained.
My family as well as my extended family went through something in January that we wished would have never happened. We lost one of our babies to a senseless act of violence. So we decided to go JUMP IT OUT! It was so much fun and it gave the kids a positive out to get out their frustrations. Thank you for being so accommodating and patient with our large group!!! We will be back soon!!
The place is starting to get and look very run down and the prices keep getting higher...$17 an HR to jump now. There are far better trampoline parks out there. Also the staff just stands around and talks and plays. No watching of the kids and everyone just does as they want. My kids couldn't jump into the foam pit because kids were just jumping in all at once nearly landing on one another. Mine know you are suppose to stand in line and one at a time for safety. Also there are 3 basketball hoops. One has been broken and missing for over a year! At these prices you can't fix it? Only 3 basketballs to play with so good luck getting a hold of one of those and some of the dodge balls were deflated. Also broken and ridiculous toys in their claw machines and also the other quarter machines were mostly empty. We won't be returning to this location.
Place was amazing when it first opened, now it's going down hill and bad. Holes in the trampolines, the mats at the top of the stairs has a HUGE wrinkle that I've seen many people trip on, myself included. Wish this place was better taken care of three stars because the staff was friendly and even played with my son when we didn't jump.
So it's a trampoline park. You know what you are getting by going here, at least I would hope so. Exercise is an understatement! What a workout. Check out the pictures if this is your first time.nI would say overall the park was nice. It wasn't filthy but it wasn't clean either. Used is a good descriptor perhaps? I've been to much cleaner trampoline parks. The kids working there didn't seem to pay much attention, so keep an eye on your kids. It was a little expensive but not outrageous. If it was less expensive, I would go more. If it was more expensive, I probably wouldn't go at all. It would be a good place to have a kids party for sure! I think they have a separate room for parties even. Theres 2 dodgeball pits, a kids bounce area, a small basketball hoop area, air hockey table, a foam square pit you can jump into, and the main bouncing area thats broken into roughly 5'x6' squares. They have game machines that you can pay quarters to play. And they have a snack bar. It wasn't very busy during our visit, but I would say it could get crowded quick as theres not a ton of room compared to other bounce parks. There isn't very much seating by the bouncing area which is unfortunate. Overall it was fun for the kids, and I suppose thats the goal.nnSome things to consider..nYou purchase time in hour blocks. If you are not used to jumping, an hour is plenty.nYou have to purchase socks from them, if you haven't already.nBring some water, and possibly a dry shirt :)nnIts definitely a good way to burn off that extra energy, especially the kids!
