My friends son had his birthday party at Epic Air. I will say my first experience at a trampoline park for a party. It was a good experience overall. The staff was really friendly as we came. All the kids scarfed down the French fries, chicken strips, and I was very surprised how pizza tasted. It was pretty good for a non pizza place. The different trampoline types they had ensured that the kids all were entertained. They really liked the dodge ball and how the person talking the game through did.
We recently had our son’s birthday party at epic air and we highly recommend! They made everything so easy and stress free. We booked online, got a confirmation email that included printable birthday invites which was nice not to have to do those separately. The week of the party they followed up with last minute confirmations. The day of ran so smoothly. We had a “host” assigned to our group which was super helpful. 2 hours of jumping with pizza and cake in the middle. We had one happy birthday boy who had lots of fun with his friends and two happy parents who didn’t have to clean up anything!
We really enjoyed the accommodations of the party host she was fantastic!!! I can't remember her name, we appreciated all the check ups and such a sweet uplifting spirit. I felt a little disrespected by one cast member , I was trying to wrap up my party and guests to leave asap, but when she said you need to get out of here your time ended she didn't see I was trying and making efforts I did appreciate her apologizing and do also understand the frustration of having back to back parties so I am sorry if anyone thinks we were taking advantage. I do appreciated my party host again apologizing and saying she understood I was trying my best to get out. Besides that we love the whole atmosphere and will always recommend that host again!
My son has his 7th birthday party here. It was well organized with details communicated in advance. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the pizza was great! My only complaint is the charge for extended play. I think for the cost of even the basic package, kids shouldn't have to leave right after the party is over. Overall though, one of our better birthday experiences!
We just had my son's 6th birthday at Epic Air and it was wonderful! The facility is bright and clean. The staff, including the party host, were very friendly and attentive. The checkin process was quick. I was worried we would be rushed, but the two hour party was the perfect amount of time. The kids had a blast. There is a wide variety of play areas that kept them entertained (large climbing structure, blow-up area, dodge ball, basketball, foam pit, etc.). The only issue is that it is kind of awkward for parents during food and cake because there isn't room for them to sit. However, there are plenty of places for them to hang out while kids are playing and it's only an issue for younger parties since those parents tend to stay.
