My kids birthday party was a success! They were fast easy to work with and very helpful! Will definitely be back
Birthday Party Review...The jumping time was fun on this Sunday afternoon. Not too crowded and check-in went smoothly. The party room, though, was stressful. We were rushed and told what order to do our party. Pizza, cake immediately after, then gifts, then get out! I did ask to rearrange the schedule to our liking, but was not accommodated. Our pizza was cleaned up before we were done eating and we paid for extra pitchers of drinks that were wasted because eating time was over. I do have to say, the pizza was tasty!nnWe did have a party room from 5PM to 6PM. Closing time was 6PM, so maybe pick a different time to book a party and it won't be so rushed.
We found this place from a friend of hour and it was just what we were looking for. It's not super big but the size is just right to keep an eye on the kiddos it's definitely not too small. My son loves it and with the membership He can socialize with other kids get all of his energy out and come back the following week. I find that for the price it's been worth it. We have the 7 day membership to go any day during open hours. We don't always eat the food but there is a discount with the 7 day membership. We often bring a water bottle in the car or a chest and keep snacks and cold drinks. We've had a great experience here.
Elevate has been our birthday go to for the past 3 years and we’ve recommended elevate for birthdays for many friends, but unfortunately this time is probably our last. As much as we love the facility, it was way understaffed for 2 parties. We have a 90 min jump window and have to wait 10 min to get checked in because the check in person is busy checking in other people. We also normally get a bin to put gifts so they don’t get lost, but there was no bin, and one of our gifts ended up with another party. I’m truly disappointed we spent so much money for such a bad experience. I hope this changes so maybe we can come back to elevate because as I’ve said before it truly is so much fun! And the rooms are nice.
