This was our first time at this Elevate Trampoline Park. It was on Black Friday. It was super packed. So many kids from different age ranges. My family had a blast while I watched their stuff. This place sells food and beverages. There are clear signs about bringing no outside food. The staff was friendly and the kids who were too. We took a 2 year old to have some fun, and the family was out with him playing. The other kids were older and were polite to him. There are some cubies for belongings but no lockers that I can see. The price is posted everywhere. They offer a monthly option and parent add ons. This place is super charged with energy. I thought it was a bit pricey, but people are definitely paying for it. There is also a waver to complete before play/jump. I watched it all from my seat.
A little pricey ($19 for 90 minutes) but my kids had a lot of fun. I was disappointed they didn't have a changing table in the bathroom, I ended up having to change my 1 year old on a bench outside the bathrooms. They also need to put lights or reflective tape on the black stairs... with how dark it is, the black stairs are dangerous.
The staff here is WONDERFUL. We had a party here today and they were so accommodating and so sweet to our kids. Plus they were PROS at getting out the pizza, drinks, & cake. The kids had a blast and were sad to leave. There was plenty of spots for the grown-ups to sit to watch their kids, and the adults who jumped had a blast as well. We will be coming here again!nnAlso - there is a previous review that says they do not have a changing table & this is untrue. They have one in each of the family restrooms! :)
Come here every early out day. Great way for the kids to burn off their energy and spend time with friends. Membership is a great plus. Wish they had sibling add-ons for a discount though lol
Used to love it here but the quality of service drastically fell. Consistently getting my orders incorrect. Not offering to correct their mistakes even when I bring it up. Charging for sauces, even for chicken strips. Using cups for their drinks but not having the correct lids that snap on, thus leading to my kids spilling their drinks. Inconsistent information between different employees, i.e. some tell me the elevate socks are part of Friday night mania package, but others say it isn't. When I asked why this was, the person said it depends who is the employee behind the counter. To which I responded, “so you mean to tell me it is up to the employee to determine what is included in the Friday night package?” She said “Yes.”
