The park is very nice, clean, fun filled environment!! But there was 2 rude ladies, they took my son water bottle from the bench and put it on the top of the trash can, can’t believe it!
The grandkids, 9 and younger, love this park. It has a challenging playground set for climbing and slides. Also several swings for different ages. The ground is a thick, cushioned surface. It has an area with playground equipment just for toddlers too. Plenty of benches for adults to keep an eye on the kiddos.
Very nice, clean, and safe park. This is a great place to read a book, bring the kiddos to play, or just enjoy the fresh air. The restrooms are clean and there is plenty of free parking. Sometimes there are free events held at the park.
Great park for kids of all ages! Nice and clean and lots of activities for the kids. Open clean bathrooms is a plus and right in the heart of Southern Pines. We had a great visit. Free parking.
I not only love taking my kids to Downtown Southern Pines Park but my KIDDOS prefer this park. It’s the only park that they have requested for years now. As a parent and family of lower class i feel like we aren’t judged by the other families. There’s a very laid back and easy going vibe about this park. Also the park is very kept up and the restrooms are clean. The best part about this park is it has suitable play areas for kids of any age.. Including infants and toddler! My kids are ages 9,6 & 19 months and they never get bored!!!!
