DEFY Vestal

Staff were helpful but to charge that much for a mega vip bday package and then have to deal with the people there outside our party group, was seriously annoying. The package included a 15 min special event that the bday boy was to pick. He was able to go twice as everyone in there was in line for his thing. Smh. Nice place I guess, kids had fun. Not worth the price for a birthday event. Oh and tried to give my son a pink party RM for his 13th. Said they are gender neutral. What in the actual F. HE is 13!!! I appreciated them giving us a new RM tho. But come on!!!nnSide note, in responding to DEFYS response - I spoke with someone multiple times confirming times and what colors we preferred. I was never once offered an option for a private party. You guys dropped the ball on this one. No excuses. Just own it.

I liked going to this trampoline park. My kids enjoyed it and had fun. I only had a few disappointments with it even with being understanding. The place needs a good thorough cleaning, they need to have more security to have less accidents and injuries, and they also need to have a separate time slot each day for teenagers. We saw so many unruly teenagers trying to break more rules than the little kids were. I feel it would provide more safety if there was a few hours dedicated to just ages 13-18. Dodgeball was interrupted a lot. And the little kids were climbing the equipment all the way to the top in the kids corner and when pointed out to staff and security they didn't seem to care, but they would yell at others for less. Maybe put a limit on how many people you can have in the building capacity? I just feel safety is not top priority here. Especially when a child gets his head cracked open. Crazy.

This place was great. My husband and I were in the Binghamton area for work with our kids. DEFY was perfect for a rainy day outing. My kids loved it. The area was clean and comfortable. Many different courses they are challenging and fun. The staff was amazing fun. I love the observer band they gave me so I could walk around and keep an eye on my kids. We will definitely be returning.

I held my daughters birthday here a month ago. The party went well, so I am still giving them three stars.nI am from out of town, I booked Defy so my family who does live around there could celebrate for my daughter.nThe party staff were attentive and the guy who serviced us was great. We got a few free return passes for booking a party with them.nOn Saturday around 6pm I took my daughter to return jump using those passes. I drove in to plenty of open parking compared to how busy it was during the party time. At the counter I explained I was looking to use the return passes from the birthday I held last month.nThe guy at the counter said they weren’t taking any new jumpers in for about an hour and that my passes were only good on weekdays.nThe passes say no such thing on them, just that they are for walk in only.nMy daughter was confused and upset, I was also. I guess when I’m not paying several hundred dollars for a party, I’m chopped liver. I will not be holding future years parties here. I will go somewhere else.

My granddaughter had a blast here. Lots of fun for big and small kiddos. Staff was very helpful too.
