Had the best time here! I love that kids 6 and under have their own dedicated time from 9-10am each day (except Sundays since they open at 11). Parents also jump free during this time. After 9pm, it’s teens and adults only. Must bring or buy grippy socks for about $3. Keep them and bring them back to save money! Defy also has plenty of seating, free cubbies to use to store your belongings, and paid lockers if you need them. They also have a snack bar. I’ve included photos of the snack bar menu, special event pricing, and party packages. Definitely go! You’ll have just as much fun as your kiddos!
We tried out Defy Roanoke tonight for the first time to celebrate my daughter's first day back to school. I cannot believe how wonderful it was! The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The kids had so much fun! Towards the end of our time my daughter landed hard and didn't get right back up. The attendant was there in an instant and the owner was right behind her. He checked to make sure she was ok and went to get her an ice pack and came back to check on her a few minutes later. We've been to most of the kid centered businesses in Roanoke throughout the years, and it's safe to say this was hands down the best all around experience we've ever had. If you haven't had the chance to check them out yet you most definitely should! They are located next to Aldi in Roanoke.
We have visited several times and always have had a great experience! The staff is always kind and helpful. We've been with kids ranging from 5 to 15, and each of them have a blast! We live in Salem, so there is another similar place close by, but Defy is worth the drive due to the variety of things to do there! We will definitely be back!
This place is awesome! It is so different from anything else the Valley has to offer. I have been several times and will be booking a party soon. They have something for ALL ages - I especially love having a safe designated area for the smaller kids.
What a great place to let the kiddos burn off some energy! A crew member named Avery was so nice to our group, and made sure everyone was jumping safely. The slide was super fun! We’ll be back, though!
