My son had his 8th birthday here tonight. The service provided by Des at the front desk was phenomenal. Our party leader was Destinee and was also phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend these customer service professionals to anyone wanting an above par experience for their kids birthday. Kudos to these staff members. These ladies deserve a raise! Make it happen. 👏🏻👏🏻
We had a blast. Awesome place. Extremely loving staff. We didn't live there but getting membership was cheaper so we just asked If they would let someone without alot of money use outs. Always pay it forward. Ty Guys. Picture of the kid on the large ledge was an employee kid wanting to model and he was to cute to say no. Definitely a great place to go and have fun. Tami
I love coming here on Tues or Thur for me and my 3 yr old's play date. We have such a good time and the staff is incredibly friendly!😊
Fun activities for kiddos. Decent birthday venue. Smaller than most parks I've been to, but a really good variety of different things to do. Poor signage for filling out waiver. The person at the desk had me step aside to fill out while helping next person after I waited a bit in line. The signs were small and imagine that, a very stimulating place, distractions with children... it was easy to miss. I did my waiver VERY quickly and was done before she even got the name/number for the people she decided to help. She could've gotten mine done with them only waiting and additional 30seconds. Instead, I waited and additional 5min. Annoying.
The kids, my husband and I really enjoy going to Defy, they have many different options available to increase the fun you have with your experience. I personally think it's better to get a membership then the pay for a 1 time visit. Queen is such a sweetheart and a lot of help. If you haven't been you should go!😊
