DEFY Gainesville Reviews
The kids had a great time, but the party organizers should take a look at what is going on in the party rooms. You could do so much more to make the party part better. Only two tablecloth colors were available, dark blue and orange. Limted space for kids to sit, adults must stand, and works don't seem to be with it. One little sweet blonde did. She worked two areas and tried to help others. I wish I had gotten her name. You need more workers like her.
Our party host Miss Vina was so amazing and so helpful with our big party for my sister! She was so quick to act and very very sweet! Keep going Vina!! You’re amazing!!!
This place is AWESOME! Can Defy in Gainesville talk to Off the Wall in Davie about how to do things RIGHT?! This is the best indoor trampoline park I have ever been to, and I’ve taken my kids to plenty. There is plenty of jump areas for kids to play in, including an obstacle course that my boys loved. There are nice comfy seats for parents to sit in while their kids play. I wish we had one of these in South FL. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in town!
The place was nice but the staff aside from our host were rude and disrespectful. Also our ice cream was left sitting on a cart which caused us to have a melted puddle left and also waited an extra 40 minutes just have our party room because they had allowed a power wheel chair to be taken upstairs and unable to get back down. This combination has caused us to not go back again good luck.
Good resource to help kids get their energy out. However, it appears run down and not as clean as it could be. Kids are left largely to their own so watch out for your little ones when the bigger/older kids are there. They removed all the food vending machines so options for snacks/drinks are limited to what they stock behind the counter.
