Cowabunga’s Indoor Kids Play & Party Center – North Reading

I’ve always loved this place. Went back recently and it’s completely changed. It looks amazing! Kids can be here for hours and have so much fun.

Threw a private birthday party here for my daughter, and it was a disaster. In a short summary, we entered the first play room 20 minutes late, which took away jumping time from the children. Some of my guests had rude encounters with the staff. After we were finished singing happy birthday, the staff immediately took the cake away, we had to ask for it back so we can take pictures. The staff watched us stand on furniture to grab balloons for the children, didn't bother asking if we needed help. We asked for a grabber and after 2 times of asking, they finally got us one. My guests and I were being rushed out the party room. Not to mention, a bunch of my guests ended up with COVID. I've been trying to email and call this location with no answer and no call back. My emails have been bounced around from person to person, and I'm still waiting for an actual response back. My latest communication was on 11/30 with the District Manager, Alexia. She did attempt to call me, however, I missed her call but emailed her immediately with a very detailed message of my experience and complaints so she has for her records. It's now December 5th and I still have yet to receive a response. The party was on 11/12. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend hosting a party here.

We’ve never been to this location before & decided to try it out a special surprise for the kids’ bdays. It’s smaller than Manchester, but it has great sight lines so it’s so less stressful keeping track of all 3 kids (especially the 3yo). We’ll probably start coming here on a regular basis. The membership is such a great deal & covers both locations.

The party was awesome. All the arrangements were good and on time. The kids had lots of fun!! It’s the best place to celebrate the birthday party and the staff did great job!!

We came in on a Wednesday and got the 2 for 1 child deal online for $20. Great place to let the kids come play with bounce houses, legos, games and food! Thank you to our host Laura this was our first time and we will definitely come back again.
