Cosmic Air Trampoline Park & Arcade Reviews
Update: 12/08/23 had issues with check in that took a little while and the party host is pretty much useless & non attentive today during my daughter’s bday party & she kept rushing to get us to do the birthday cake asking multiple times when we barely got the pizza on the table. I basically did everything and had to ask for things when I shouldn’t need to. Luckily, I brought most of my stuff such as cups, napkins, plates, utensils since she didn’t bother to place some things that were needed on our table. She tended more to other areas which is probably why she kept rushing to get us to do the cake. Cosmic air is going down hill & We use to love this place but every single time it’s always an issue now and if I’m paying $500+ for a party here I expect things to go as it should with more attention. The front desk male did offer an extra hour of jump time but it’s time for us to find better entertainments for my kids bdays next time!nn9/30/2022nWe had both my kids birthday parties here multiple times! This is their favorite place to visit every single time I ask what they want to do during the holidays. We had an issue with one of the party coordinators being extremely rude and we asked to speak to a manager in which he was very attentive to the situation and did a great job and even threw in a few incentives for us.
We have been to several of these trampoline parks so we do have some frame of reference. Pros: Cosmic has a great variety of options and generally the trampolines are in good shape. It also has a very large bouldering wall and as an adult I have had a lot of fun with my kids (8 and 12) trying all the different sections. Cons: The place continues to get dirtier every time we go there. It is like they try to smear sticky stuff all over every table, floor, chair, and area of carpet. The bathrooms are really nasty. I understand that staffing these places isn't easy, but I have never seen the staff police the place at all, and I have never seen the staff actually clean anything. We go to old roller rinks that are immaculate compared to Cosmic (and many of the other trampoline places). We often hit Cosmic early in the morning before anyone gets in there so it isn't like we are getting there after 25 birthday parties have occurred. My final con is that they just upgraded their video game area. This is a bummer for me because the reason I bring my kids there is to stay off of screens. We will continue to go to Cosmic, but as soon as we have a similar facility that is cleaner, we would switch for sure. Hopefully Cosmic will hire (pay a decent wage) for people that actually understand that customers don't want to be surrounded in filth and follow the cleaning protocols.
Great place for the kids. We did my 4yr olds birthday party there and the room was good. The party attendant was helpful but she was working another party at the same time which was much bigger than ours, so at times I needed her she was a little busy. The food was great and the place is clean. Lots of activities for the kids! I’m definitely going back.
Check in at top of the hour or not get your money's worth! We went there at the bottom half of the hour and got a 2-hour pass (minimum package, no hourly rates). By the time we finished check in, pay, took the kids' shoes off and walked in, the first hour was almost over. Even though the receipt says 120 minutes, we got about 70 minutes. Better to sit around for 15 minutes and get the true 2-hours. Also, 2 of the largest areas were under renovation and closed off. The workers take breaks often and activities would have no one there to help the kids (e.g., Zipline). There were too many overactive teens which makes it a little dangerous for the younger ones that are too big to be in the toddler zone but too little to be amongst big teens.
We, kids and adults, had a blast at Cosmic Air Humble. We had a party in the VIP Room for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Marie, the coordinator did an awesome job getting everything set up, she knows her job as a coordinator and does it well. Cherise and Nya were our day of celebration hostesses and they were right on point. Whatever we needed they were there to assist. Our party guests enjoyed the pizza, hot dogs and chicken tenders. My only suggestion is to allow a 30 minute window between each party/ use of the VIP Room and to allow 30 minutes to setup, I was/am willing to pay for the extra time, however I understand this is a company rule. All in all I must say we’ll be back more fun and future parties.
