I’ve been going to club jump for a year consistently now and not only are the workouts amazing but everyone from the owner (Kathy) and all the members are so friendly. It’s a very positive and inviting atmosphere. It feels like family at this point! It’s also a killer workout but without the high impact which I love! I always feel amazing after rather than some of my past workouts which left me feeling injured and in pain!
My favorite workout class ever! Such a great fusion of workouts and there’s something for everyone. Especially people with bad knees that need low impact. Such a cute studio that provides water and towels. Kathy keeps everyone motivated and has so much great energy! Love bringing people and coming back.
As a mom in her 40s who has to modify exercises after having knee surgery a few years ago, I finally found a versatile workout that WORKS without feeling pain or boredom. ClubJump is so fun that I forget I'm exercising or have knee issues. It's all about moving to and getting lost in the music (hello 80s/90s throwbacks!) during cardio and strength intervals. There's even some flexibility, balance, and core work plus a little dancing. I get instant, personalized modification ideas without paying personal trainer prices. You can make the workout as easy or hard as you want it, depending on your mood and level. All ages and abilities can bounce on the tramp. I love all the support and friendships at ClubJump Fitness!
If you have never jumped before, you defiantly need to go and do it. It's an amazing workout. I came to the Club Jump looking to be challenged and i found it! That being said, all things are able to be modified, so these classes are great for those who are new to fitness as well as people who already have established routines. Both instructors are excellent.
I started going to this gym for the Pound class-SO much fun! I was nervous about trying Jump class, but love Barre, so the Barre Bounce turned out to be a great intro to the trampoline. Now I go to at least 4 different classes (mostly with some type of jump) and love them all! Kathy is so welcoming and encouraging. The disco lights make the night classes a party (and make me feel less self conscious in a new format). Try a few classes and I promise you will get your heart pumping and your spirits up!
