Its a great park to jog or walk. Its good for relaxing alone or to come and have lunch with the family. You can sit by the pond and feed the turtles and ducks too.
I love to walk my dogs throughout the park. We walk as often as possible with my group My Social Dog of Victoria. We especially love the Nature Trail on the hot days!
One of my favorite disc golf courses in Texas, 20 holes with a few hidden practice baskets. There can be a lot of tournaments, and group activities in the park so plan ahead. The Texas zoo is also in the park as well. It's right along the river as well.
If you’re looking for a place to run, definitely go here. There are so many trees and deer, it’s so chill. Plus it’s right on the river, hence the name.
