Great family place. My kids loved it a d it give us adults some relaxing time.
The reason I gave 3 starts on my review was because the lack of staff for the kids around the playground. Also the facility needs better ventilation it was a weekend and it was packed of people and kids jumping everywhere and everyone was sweating even the adults that where standing around. The place needs to upgrade the air conditioner if they're going to allow so many people in. Overall the kids had fun.
The park is such a fun experience for kids (and some brave parents as well 😁). We stopped there as we were spending the day visiting Isabela and our kid LOVED it. There's a section for younger kids, one for older ones to battle it out with foam rolls and even an obstacle course. Socks are provided with the ticket. We met one of the supervisors and he was very courteous and answered all our questions and provided alcohol to sanitize our hands. Definitely worth a visit.
I live in Massachusetts and im here on vacation. It is Very big and clean. I went yesterday with my son at 1pm and expected it to be full but it wasn't. My son had a lot of fun. The only bad thing i think was that you have to buy their socks which are$2.00 despite if you have socks on but overall, we had a great time. The price is also reasonable. I couldn't last 1hour 😂. I will definitely return
Wonderful indoor park. The place is so clean, the staff is friendly and there is ample parking. The price is very reasonable for the 2 hour jumping session. I only wish Puerto Rico had this place when I was a kid. But my kid and my niece and nephews absolutely had a blast!
