Brevard Rock Gym

So far I have only stellar things to say about this gym and it's owners! My son went climbing with a friend on a trip to California last spring and bugged me from the time we got back to find him a gym to go bouldering. I did some searching and this one popped up on my results. I sent an email with a few questions and got a quick response directly from the owners. We ventured out on a Friday evening and lucked out because it wasn't that busy. The owner, Cameron, spent quite a bit of time with us, and especially with my son, showing him how the gym was laid out and working him through some 'problems'. We came back with some friends a month or so later for my son's birthday party and we had the place to ourselves and were guided through climbing, games, and using the treadwall. We were a group of 14-65 year olds and they had all of us climbing by the end. They encouraged my son so much and I loved the attitude I was hearing from them, which is always a 'can do' approach, with no tolerance for negativity! He's just signed up for one of their teams and I can't wait to see his skills develop!

Super great people. We took our group's four kids to play and climb at this location. I don't know much about climbing gyms, but the staff were fantastic, attentive and engaged. The. facility seemed to have a solid variety of course options and safety measures in place to run a significant program or event. Our families look forward to returning again.

Amazing climbing team, mentoring, and community! The instruction, and mentoring for the club/team is the best. We move to an area with a bigger gym, but the community, and team mentoring could not match the welcoming and motivational environment found it Brevard Rock.

Great atmosphere for beginners like me. The welcoming environment from the employees and experienced climbers keeps me going back!
