Bravoz Entertainment Center Reviews
Fun to chill and let the kids run it out! This place has always been an amazing place to bring the boys and let them run off energy! It's also a great place for the parents to sit and relax, comma dad's can watch football or other sports that are on the multiple TV screens that they have, They have places everywhere for you to sit and relax it and relax enjoy some ice cream or maybe lunch lunch. Which by the way the food is really good and and tonight I tried an Apple pie ice cream, yes Apple pie ice cream, and it was amazing. The period I was not expecting the many flavors that they had.I've brought my son here for his birthday party Which was a huge success in all the kids and the parents really enjoyed it.138nThey have different packages that you can get but the best package to get is the one that's $38 that literally includes everything from wall climbing, basketball, phonebook, the maze, The vault, many bowling etc etc so it's definitely a great place to bring your kids family family and you just come in relax. One thing I did was signed up for their email subscriptions so you I'll subscriptions so you get great deals and like I said it's a great place to bring the kids to let them burn off some energy take them home and put them to bed.nPlace is awesome!
We had a birthday party here, as a place to go it looks fun, however I do not recommend doing birthdays here. Your kid will love it, you’ll hate it. You’ll spend over 1000 dollars for your kid and his friends. For the first 2 hours you can’t get in the party room, so if your inviting your kids class (people you have never met and don’t know what they look like) it will be hell knowing who’s who with all the kids running around. The whole thing was just hectic and unorganized. You have a party host who does pass out food for you, however we were first shorted plates even tho we RSVP for 25 kids. I will say there was nothing wrong with our party host, she was good at getting the kid’s attention, and was efficient. Honestly for the money you’ll spend here you can rent all sorts of stuff and have a better time in your back yard. Hell take the kids to Disney or universal for what we just spent. I had to put one start but really 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND. ALSO if you have a lot of family and friends the party room is smaller than my living room. We had 25 kids and plenty of adults it’s was very cramped.
It was well-worth the money to have our son’s birthday party at Bravoz. Every employee I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was very nice. In addition, Chantal was a fantastic party host. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Bravoz!
I don’t usually write a review but it’s important to educate people so they don’t repeat the mistake.nDecent place, horrifying service. They charge loads and in turn you get way less. Not enough people to serve and ones who are around couldn’t care less. My first and last visit here for sure!
I took 5 kids from 7 yrs to 11 yrs old on a Thursday evening. I'll start with the good. BTW, this place is more of a game room than trampoline park. The obstacle/ninja course and rock climbing sections were small but good. The laser tag course was descent. It's 2 stories and good room for the kids to run around chasing and shooting laser guns at each other. Players are split into 2 teams so there is a winner at the end of each game.nnThat's it for the good. Now the 1st bad for me was the admission price. We chose what they explained as their all inclusive package. It was the highest price package offered. The price is on par with one day admission to Six Flags. They give you a game card but it only works for laser tag and bowling. Most similar facilities offer unlimited video game play with premium package and you have to pay separately for games that reward tickets and/or prizes.nnMany of the games are older games and some were not working. There are 4 mini bowling lanes in total but only 2 lanes were working. Bowling is not really a short game to play and even if all 4 lanes are working that only accommodates 2 groups. This means there's a good chance you will be waiting a while to bowl. There was a 4 player water gun game that 4 of the kids in my group attempted to play but unfortunately it was not working correctly. When a floor employee called for a manager we waited 6-7 minutes before deciding to go play something else. Hard to keep kids sitting at a game that's not working for more than a couple of minutes.nnI will not be coming back here again. This is not a hit piece against Bravos as I've never been before. I'm simply leaving this review because I was very disappointed and want to share this experience with others considering going here. You may choose to try it out or you may choose to go somewhere else. There's no right or wrong, just informing. Good luck.....
