Great little place. My son has so much fun here. If I could change anything, I would probably put fresh foam in the foam pit. That would be a very inexpensive way to improve. Kids love the foam pit, and the foam squares have been well used. Putting fresh foam squares in the foam pit will ultimately attract more business here. That's my opinion on the foam situation. Overall, I will be back to spend more money here and if I see fresh foam, I'll know that the people who run this place care about their future.

Took my kids and we had a great time. The place was clean, staff was friendly. Overall a great experience. And pricing wasn't terrible

I came here today with my family and as soon as I walked in the arcade I could tell they changed a lot. The area is a lot cleaner and they have a bunch of new arcade games. I heard the games went up in price and they moved from tokens to cards but the games were pretty inexpensive before so now they cost about the same as any other arcade. The bounce room is cleaner as well as the bathrooms and they have a new gate to help keep the little one safe. The price for jumping is the same as it was, $18 for two kids and you can jump all day if you want. The staff are great as well!

I was very excited to have my daughters 2nd birthday here but became disappointed quickly . Well we got there 30 minutes early thinking we could set up our things not jump in the play house but just time to get our things put on the tables . No.... you ONLY get 15 minutes to set up before your time starts counting down within that 2 hours we paid for. We paid $65 for a themed party ahead of time and we were told we had a remaining balance. They guy there ended up apologizing for his mistake . Not to mention he randomly walked in after an hour and a half of us there and said sorry I forgot to put up your balloons where do you want me to put them .... we paid $65 extra and it was not worth it. They set up parties 15 minutes apart from each other then rush you out the door when they took their own sweet time doing things. I was supposed to get 3 two liter drinks and a party pack for my daughter but did not receive it. The kids high chair was sticky and filthy , the floors were dirty and the bench we sat on was disgusting . I will never book here again. It's okay to just come on a free day and pay but for parties it's a big NO . I wasted over $300 on this mess and didn't receive the services I paid for and I'm sure I won't get a call back or anything .

My toddler may have gotten a viral infection from this facility, the Owner Chris seemed very defensive and not at all worried of the well being of my child. He hung up on me as I explained I wanted to do the right thing and share perhaps they should increase the cleaning protocols since we were there. Zero stars for compassion and customer care.
