Bad organization at everything.nEvery single step is messed up.nThe manager is useless.nThey promise you to give 2 hr, but you have only 1.5hr at max.nThe stuff is useless when it comes to put decorations.nPlus we never get our paid goodie bags..nBad, bad service.nThe toilet room is breaking apart. Awesome experience! Allen’s birthday was a blast! Very structured and organized. They have parties down to a science. Staff was always friendly throughout the entire experience. I loved that the parents could jump too. I’m a big kid at heart and I had the best time! Also the samosas are spot on! We ate them all up, they were so good! We will be back for more future parties and open play!
My little brother recently came here for a birthday party and it was amazing he had such a good time and was so happy during the entire event. Food was so good he had 4 slices of pizza. He loved every part of it and was sad to go home. I definitely recommend coming here it's such a good experience for your child !!!
This place use to be good one year ago, but now the quality is not maintained. Water dispenser was broken 6 month ago and still not fixed. Staff just wait for party to be over. Songs they play are not related to kids at all, and pizza was horrible,
Everything went well! My son enjoyed his party. The staff were really attentive and sweet. However, it was super cold. I never took my coat off because the building was so cold.
