It’s our third party at bounce u in Paramus .and like always is a outstanding experience the staff is very nice and are trained well ! It’s never a disappointment here ! The girls who helped out in our party Chloe, Lexi and Emily were very accommodating with our decor and did a great job with the announcements ,taking pictures and getting the kids on the floor to dance .the kids and adults had a blast! Can’t wait for another party here ! !
We were invited here for a birthday, although we were a bit late. Everything is very time sensitive which is great if you like that. Plus they are completely in charge. I assume they offer the food, cake, and beverages too. Great play time area, and also birthday room.nnFor me this would be great for inviting my daughter’s classmates but for family this would not be it. As much as we enjoyed it. Our family does not come on time 
and everyone leaves when they want to. This would be a waste of money for my family at least. Everyone’s families are different.

Gina helped us plan the most special day! Excellent customer service. She really went above and beyond to make our family happy. We had a great experience and will definitely be back :)
The staff is warm and welcoming, they are very friendly and helpful. We asked so many questions, some were just silly 
but they answered all our questions, the atmosphere is amazing, overall the kids enjoyed themselves, and the birthday girl was happy.

We were invited for a 4th birthday party and it was very nice. The location is very clean and the staff are super friendly. There was a woman dressed as Elsa who was just amazing with the kids. Very patient and attentive to the children.
