I used Bounce USA for my sons birthday party and they were great. They communicated well by both call and text. They totally cleaned and disinfected everything. They were on time and adjusted their schedule to work with us as our party (and bounce house) were inside. We rented a tropical theme obstacle course that all the kids loved. It worked out much better than a typical bounce house for our needs. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again. If you plan to put your bounce house inside your venue make sure to verify the height. We just made it with ours!!
