I’ve been there at least 3-4 times with my 8 year old son- he has a blast! I don’t know why the negative reviews. The place isn’t dirty and run down- in the least! The staff- for the most part is friendly- a couple of them don’t seem like they want to be there- BUT- they’re teenagers and I just noticed that with one or two of them. We’ve never needed the bathroom, so not sure how they are. But we will def be going back.
Great place to host a child's birthday party. Plenty of trampolines and space to accommodate multiple large groups. Foam pits, arcade, and a place for little kids outside of the trampoline area.

Where do I begin? Staff were nice I give you that. Place is filthy and the bathrooms as well. Everything was falling apart. Teenagers were acting like savages and running around and kids not being monitored by parents. It was horrible for my first Time experience. My son liked it a little. Not much to do in there because is all age limits. Things were taped down. It was dirty not so happy. It is what it is. Not going back
I had my kid’s 8th birthday party here. It’s great for taking all of the pressure off the parents. They do all the setup and clean up. They provide pizza and drinks, you just supply your own birthday cake. The kids get to run around for 90 minutes, scarf some pizza and cake and go home. Easy peasy! The whole booking process is a breeze too.nnYou’re given a “party helper” and mine was fantastic. Raven helped me bring in stuff from my car, hang decorations, corralled the kids for a group photo, and helped bring the gifts and leftovers back to my car. I’m mostly writing this review to sing her praises.nnI’m giving 4 stars because whenever I’m there, one of the offices has a giant TV that is ALWAYS on Fox News. Watch what you want on your own time, not when you’re at work and not where paying customers are forced to endure your political beliefs.
Do not go here after 6pm. The place is run by teenagers and you cannot find an adult employee anywhere. The place gets out of control fast and fights are a common occurrence. Do NOT bring your kids here for the lights out bouncing. I went one night with my 12 & 9 year old and had to leave early due to the fights and mobs of city kids whose parents dropped them off and left while they terrorized the place. I’m not exaggerating either. It is unsafe.
