Great company! We had to switch our date of the rental due to weather. No fees for switching and everyone was very helpful, set up was great no problems! Everyone said this was the best bounce house we got! Definitely will be using next year!
Tyler and Brendan were very efficient at setting up and taking away the bounce house we rented! Not only did they do it efficiently, they did it with excellent customer service. They were friendly, made sure we knew the safety rules, and asked if we were satisfied with our rental. Even though the times for setup and tear down changed multiple times, the communication was great, and we always knew what was happening. Our girls loved the whole experience, and everyone at our party enjoyed the bounce house. We highly recommend using Bounce House Rentals of Lancaster for your next party or event. Rented a bounce house for our sons Birthday Party. From first contact to end they are great to deal with. We even had to pushback our original rental date by a month and Rick could not have been nicer or more understanding. Nick, the delivery guy was great as well. My 5 year old said it was the best day ever!
I was very pleased with the axe throwing lanes that we got for our picnic. It was very easy to place the order and I received a text immediately after placing the order to confirm everything. The guy who came out to set it up was nice and very fast with getting everything together. He had it all setup within 20mins or less. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a local bounce rental company.
We have used them every year for the past four years for our annual neighborhood picnic that we host at our house. They have done an excellent job, from the admin, the workers who come to set it up and tear it down, and the owner. They have amazing customer service, and I’d recommend them to anybody! Or everyone who comes to our events, loves the obstacle courses that we have for them. Families stay later and later every year so the kids can use it to the very last minute. Thank you!
