My son(3 in a couple of months) absolutely loves it here! They have done some updates since the start of COVID that have really helped with cleanliness and comfort. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially if(like myself), you want your kids to get some time to be kids. Don't let this place be another COVID casualty! UPDATE: My oldest(now 6) still loves it here. We just had a holiday party for my son and some friends. It was a big hit with our group of kindergarten and below kids!
The price was good.nMy toddler had fun.nBut the condition this place is in... is .... just.... not great . You have the opportunity to have a great business and bring in a large crowd if you just take this advice, remodel. Not even a lot! I would use lighter colors, get rid of the old toys, replace the video games. Remove clutter from the entry, get rid of mismatch furniture.nIf you go to the Williamsburg location and look around.... I'd try to recreate that.
We were invited here for a birthday party for our children and based on reviews alone we may not have went. The staff, what there was of it, was sufficient and friendly enough. The place could be cleaner but it is a lot of fun for the kids. It does have cameras for security whochbis a benefit because it is a large place where kids could easily disappear if not properly watched. It is inexpensive and it is worth what you are paying. Food was good, tables and rooms were clean but the floors and walls could use a little extra, I will say the young lady working tonight cleaned the entire time we were there if she wasn't working the front.
This spot seems to have great potential, I went there with the family real early on memorial day so that my daughter could enjoy herself whilst in town and the place and chairs had a real filthy look for whatever reason.nThe front desk receptionist has a nonchalant look with very minimal interest to be at work.nnAll in all my experience could have been better but hey...
Great place that is not at all crowded practically had the whole place to ourself very nice staff very cheap drinks clean place overall had great options for the kids to bounce on from even having slides to just like a trampoline to even three to four different little cubby rooms one-room being just for the Little tots which is great so they don't get bumped into by the older toddlers I was very comfortable with my children practically felt like we were at home but in a great setting with plenty of bounce houses for them to get their energy out very cheap to enjoy a day out couple hours to a lot of hours had great day and definitely we'll be going back!!
