We were invited to a birthday party and decided to go, we were the 1st ones there but we're able to go in and check in. We went to the assigned party room and could have left our personal items, but decided not to. We went roaming. The facilities are fantastic, lots of stuff for kids to do. There is a snack bar and a drink nook (bar)
This place is huge! I think price is high, however it has a LOT of things to do! Parties are expensive, there is an extra charge for everything. Weekends are packed and they’re definitely understaffed. If your child is young and is attending a party make sure you stay with at all times.
I love this place as an activity for the kids. HOWEVER It’s run by children, who don’t know what’s going on. I waited 15 minutes for 3 bracelets and stickers. They aren’t organized they get overwhelmed easily, understandably because they literally have children operating the place. I’m all about hiring kids, but maybe have an adult to oversee a few of them. They also have birthday parties and close off one whole section, so essentially the other kids only have one place to bounce around in. For $35 per kid per hour, I want my children to have the whole experience. Bounce used to be so put together, it’s really gone under in the last year or two.

I took my kids today to toddler time around 9am. They are ages 21 months and 4 years old. The had so much fun, and loved it. Close to 11am the place had a huge amount of people, a couple birthday parties and most people are unmasked for people who are more COVID cautious it’s a good detail to know. I’d go back there. The ninja area was dirty, but overall, the place seems clean. We also had to purchase their own socks there.
