We've used their services a couple of times and they've done a great job. Competitive prices. On time delivery, set up and clean up, and the kids absolutely love the inflatables and dunk tank! Highly recommend.
I have had multiple birthday parties for my young niece and nephew - the bounce houses were always in great shape, the staff arrived early to drop off and set up the equipment, very easy to work with. We also rented a cotton candy machine but forgot to use it, so they quickly showed us how to use it, and helped us make a bunch of cotton candy for the kids before they packed it up.nThey go above and beyond.nMost of all - the kids had a great time! Okay, I did too!
I have used Bounce Around VT twice for outdoor bounce house rentals. They are prompt, professional, and offer great service. The first time we rented we also included a cotton candy machine rental-it was so fun. Everything we needed was supplied. The second time we just did a bouncy house. It ended up to be a rainy day but they brought it, set it up, and because no one else was renting it we were able to keep it for the whole day-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are looking forward to 2021 when we can have parties again.
I purchased the standard birthday party package for my little sister's birthday party which allows her to invite 10 friends. It was a good idea because the kids were entertained the whole time. However, some machines are a little old and could use some updating. The woman working there was very thorough and kept checking in on us. On the other hand, she was very stern with the kids and I would say mean sometimes.
We rented a bounce house for my sons summer birthday a few years ago (after paying another company and having them back out the week of!). Easy to work with, friendly, bounce house was clean and kids had a lot of fun! Would rent again.
