Thank you for a fun day of making it snow (foam machine). My family celebrates Christmas in July every year, your Foam Machine made it extra special for the kids and BIG kids (adults) . It made a HUGE pile of foam. All 21 of us, had fun running through the foam, having snowball (foam) fights, and seeing who could make the biggest santa beard. Kids say it was the best part of the day!nOur setup was on the lawn so there was no clean up.nThanks again and Merry Christmas!

I recommend for anyone having a party or event. Amazing service!! Great pricing!!! They made it super easy. Quick set up and takedown. Kids loved every minute of it. Thank you guys for everything. Will definitely be calling you again soon!

Rich and Jenelle do a great job! We have used their bounce houses for our church events and kids love them!

After repeatedly calling with no answer I sent an email to make a reservation a month in advance. I didn’t hear from them for confirmation, price or time of delivery so I had to contact them the night before the party to confirm. They gave me the time and price saying they would have to drop off and pick up earlier than the time I asked for saying due to rain. It only lightly rained and was only expected to lightly rain for about an hour in the morning which they were aware of and was okay with until the day of the party an hour before they were supposed to deliver. It didn’t rain and they canceled on us last minute due to rain!

Janelle and Rich were so amazing to work with! Everything was very straight forward and they were able to answer any questions I had. They even customized the bounce house package to better accommodate our party needs. Our original party date had to be pushed out another day due to weather and everything was communicated perfectly between them and myself. Rich arrived at the exact time they said he would the morning of the party, was very pleasant and took his time explaining everything. We didn’t feel rushed, and the conversation felt like we were just talking to a friend or family member. The bounce house was exactly what was pictured and everything we wanted, the snow cone maker was very easy to use and a perfect touch to our party, and the tables and chairs were a big help! We will definitely be renting from them again for our future events and parties. Very professional, clean and kid friendly pair of people and company to do business with. Thanks Bounce A Lot N More!
