We paid nearl 800 for a filthy party room with actual sticky cabinett doors, a full trash can with organic matter (from the day before) No soap in the soap dispensor, empty paper towel dispensor. I had to ask for each of these to be fixed and the employee had an attutude about it. Really good place for kids. There are bunch of activities for kids of all ages. Also very friendly for toddlers.nnMy only issue with this place is check in process. It appears individuals at front counter are not interested to be there, unfriendly, and definitely slow. Not judging this based on one visit, it’s been like this for 3 times now.nnOnce you are in, it is definitely worthwhile for kids.

Great fun for kids and parents. But birthday parties are not great. They don't have enough people working. They take too long to check us in. Didn't give us everything. I had to go back to the front to get all of the $5 cards for the kids. The food never comes out on time. And the people that work there don't help you set up for your party. They just want to sweep up and get rid of everything when you're done. The sodas were not available. They brought the sodas at the end of the party. And then dumped it out as soon as the time was up in the room. Why didn't they let us keep the sodas to bring outside on the tables.? My nephew had a birthday party and a bowling alley and the person helping us was helping us continually from the beginning to the end of the party. I know It's just a problem of places not being able to hire enough people. I don't understand because the price jumped quite a bit from last year. This is my second year for having my son's birthday party at Billy Bee's.

Great place for kids, nice big play area, they keep it very clean, very kind helpful and friendly staff, highly recommended

Very clean! Tons to do for all ages! Much bigger than expected. I would say target age is 2-9, but infants and kids under 13 would still have fun. A great afternoon activity for my toddler and I while the older kids enjoyed other areas of Palisades.
