Great place although it can be challenging to keep track of more than one child. The frony desk seems fairly vigilant about who is coming in or out so it feels safe. And It is fun to go down the slides with the kids and to see them having so much fun!
We attended Billy Beez on our way from Ontario Canada to Boston MA. It was definitely worth the stop. It was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't busy at all. Well maintained. Our kids really enjoyed it.nnSnack bar was not open sadly, or there wasn't staff able to attend to it. My 4 year old and 15 month old had a blast. Highlight of the whole vacation. Will definitely be back.
Dirty and unkempt. My kids love it though...? It's never the same staff from one visit to the next. This particular batch was aggressive and rude. The family bathroom has been out of order the last few times I've been which leaves you without a changing table.
The playground area is great for kids of all ages! When we went unfortunately a lot of the games were down so the kids only had the playground option which was rough when adults wanted a break or while eating and wanting them to stay closer. For not allowing outside food or beverages their selection was extremely limited.

I had my daughters birthday party at destiny and I would not suggest it. They were strict on time to be in the party room from 11am to 1pm and did not bring the food out until after 1230. I felt rushed and the sink was clogged in the room with no soap. They did not bring out the party favors. I ended up buying the package and the day before the party the price increased 300 dollars. I ended up paying over 700 dollars and it was a total nightmare. I tried calling to figure why such an increase and no one called me back. They told me the day of the party they ran out of pepperoni. It was so unorganized and am so upset about the whole situation.
