Big Air Trampoline Park – University City

Very clean and fun. Staff were not engaged or involved with the guests. Little kids were deprived from enjoying themselves fully because older/bigger kids were not allowing the lil ones access to sum stations, for instance the older kids would not share the big slide blankets. Staff should demonstrate the different stations to those who don’t understand a particular station. SMILE!

Won free tickets on instagram and so glad I did bc this place is A LOT of fun! The staff was really helpful and kind! So much for all ages to do! We’ll def be back! We visited in the early afternoon on a week day so it wasn’t that busy and some of the activities weren’t open but I’d imagine during busier times when everything is up and going it’s even more fun!nnUpdate: we went back this passed Friday @330 and there was a sign on the door that is closed at 4 today for a private party. Obviously this is part of their business so totally understandable. I would just highly suggest calling or checking their instagram stories bc I did later see they had posted it on there. They ended up letting all three of my girls play for $22 for what ended up being around 35-40 min. So again they’re so nice there.

My son had his 11th birthday here. Staff was sweet and very professional. The kids enjoyed themselves. Food was great. Loved my host Amaiya.....coming back.

Trampoline park.. very clean.. probably the cleanest one I've been to. Well done. Big space tons of different activities for kids to do.. guaranteed your kiddos will be tired when they're done here! Will definitely be back
