Big Air Trampoline Park

The best trampoline and indoor activity place our family has ever been to (and we’ve been to many in the area). They have high quality and maintained equipment, plenty of helpful, friendly and attentive staff. We were there for my child’s birthday party on a Saturday and it wasn’t too crowded, and they really did it right and made it easy. They even made pizza and chicken tenders on site and unlike most places like this it’s actually pretty good! While they have a place for the little kids, it was better suited for our 8 and 11 year-old than our 3 year-old.

I’ve been twice.nThe first experience was great.n2nd time, I threw my son a bday party.nThat experience was great also.nHostess(lidia) helped setup, cut cake, poor and being drinks . Very attentive!nWas my party worth the price?nYeah, i guess small things threw me off. I don’t think the birthday kid should be counted with the number of guest but other than that it was all lined out very well. There is no designated playground for children 5 and under , so if you have little ones that it something to be mindful of. All you had to do was check in and hand over your goods. They set up the everything we enjoyed the complimentary cotton candy.nThe pizza could be cooked a few mins longer . And the fried food not so long but other than that. I would do it again.nWe enjoy our visits.

So the trampoline park was awesome! The kids had a blast!nnUnfortunately our food court experience was so awful that it warrants a 2 star rating. Ordered some cheese nachos, simple and quick. 30 minutes later still no nachos. When I went to check I was assured that they would be up momentarily. 20 minutes after that, I was still waiting. I was refused an explanation or a conversation with a manager. Went and located the manager myself and obtained a refund.

The trampoline area was wonderful. My daughter & her friends enjoyed themselves.nHowever, I do not recommend having a birthday party with them. It all started when they mixed up my daughters party with the party next to ours. A manager came over and apologized and said he would give us extra time since it was their mess up and we had to wait on the food and drinks for my daughter's party. Our party host finally comes over to us with only three of the four pizzas we had. I asked about the fourth pizza and she said oh you will have to take it with you because your party is almost over. I said no the manager said we could have extra time because of the company mix up, she said that is not possible there is a party right behind yours. The host litterly rushed everything from the pizza to the cupcakes. The host then said if you are doing the presents then you need to do them now, time is running out. I decided not to do presents there because what kid wants to be rushed for their presents? The host had an attitude during the whole party.We brought all of these issues to a gentlemans attention where is name tag said he was the owner. He acted as if he did not care. He didn't say a word about it. They didn't offer a discount for the issue of messing with our time, not giving us our extra time like they said they would. There was no were sorry or anything.
