Big Air Trampoline Park Reviews
Omg! We had the best time! I took my kids and their friend (ages 15,14,9,& 4). They were able to play together, by themselves, with or without other kids. There were comfortable areas to rest and they had a very clean/well maintained snack bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!!!
The GM, Lisha at this location was extremely rude to my kids and I. She would not provide her name (shady!) and I had to find out another way. She would not allow my 8 year daughter to go on the 48” activities when she was clearly above the 48” mark and has been on these activities many times before. Other station workers allowed her to go on as they clearly saw she was of height. We came here to celebrate her birthday and would not have paid to come if we knew she would be refused to go on the jumps she has always gone on previously.
I really enjoyed my time spent here with my 4 year old. There’s a special section just for toddlers which is way cool. They also offer special hours for the little ones which is cool as well. I believe it’s the first two hours of operation. There’s basketball, dodge ball, party rooms, and other acrobatic equipment. I’m a stickler for clean restrooms so I’m pleased to say that the restrooms were clean. There’s a snack bar, photo booth, vending machine, and lockers to store your personal belongings.nnIf you’re able sign the waiver & purchase your tickets online. This will totally speed things up once you get there, all you’ll need at that point is socks. Guests are required to purchase big air socks, even if you have your own slip resistant socks they aren’t allowed. The waiver is insane and completely indemnifies the company so I’m not sure why the big fuss over the socks. Nevertheless my experience was nice, there was also a great play list going the entire time. The staff was super attentive not sure why some reviewers complained about this, they’re doing their job! Definitely going back with my brother he’s a big kid at heart. If you find that the prices are a little steep Groupon will save you some cash.
This is a huge trampoline park, lots to do for the kids. Although it looks a little clustered, especially since it can get very crowded. But my son had a blast, really enjoyed himself.
My kids enjoy going. They like that there is more to do than jump trampolines, but the price is a little more than I like to pay. We go about once every 3 months because of this. If the price was a little lower we would probably go every month.
