Went for a cosmic night and it was rough. It appeared there was enough staff but many not doing anything but playing themselves, sitting around talking. The whole place was quite dirty, bathrooms, lobby, dining area, etc. Many attractions were closed as well which was frustrating, especially when it seemed there were enough staff. We visit a few years ago and it was a very different experience. We probably won't be back.
I recently took the kids I babysat to Big Air, and it was an absolute blast! The trampoline park had a lively atmosphere, and the attractions were a hit with the kids.nnA special shout-out to Sean, the kitchen manager, who not only ensured the safety of the kids but also went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. Sean's vigilant supervision on the trampolines put my mind at ease, knowing the kids were in good hands.nnWhat truly impressed me was Sean's attentiveness to our needs. He personally delivered our food and beverages, adding a level of service that went beyond expectations. It's refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction.nnOverall, our experience at Big Air was fantastic, thanks in no small part to Sean's excellent management. I highly recommend this trampoline park for a fun and safe outing with the kids. We'll definitely be back!
We had my daughter’s track team party here with roughly 45 teen girls & boys. They had the absolute BEST time!! Every single coworker treated them well and engaged with them. I want to give a huge shout out to Maritzza who got them all checked in and then helped serve them pizza & cookies. Kudos to her for her patience! Dexter was absolutely amazing!! As soon as we arrived he got our things set up in the party room. Then he not only refereed several games of dodgeball but actually got in there and participated in a few rounds. It brought a huge smile to not only the kids but also to the adults. I highly recommend you consider Big Air on Sardis for your next event! The secret is to go on a weekday, you will be treated with the utmost respect either way.
Wonderful place to visit with kids. Very clean. Jordan & Max helped my daughter make the visit more memorable. Helped her in reaching heights . And make sure kids are safe and sound. I really appreciate the boys and staff for their great patience towards kids.

I had a party this Saturday and the party host was Katelyn. She was so helpful the kids loved her and the pizzas were on time, and she's very professional. If you're going to book a party make sure she's your party host. She always kept our party room clean and checked up on us if we needed anything. She did such an amazing job. Definitely booking another party in the future. 👍🏻
