This place is amazing for family and school trips. The facilities are safe and have clear guidelines that help all have a fun and safe time. They offer drinks and food in designated areas - food costs are separate from the entrance fee. They also have arcade games that cost money separately. If you are coming with a big group they are very patient and accommodating. All ages can have fun here and there's always something for everyone.
We took a group of 45 kids Junior and his staff made us feel welcomed and checked on the whole time. The kids had so much fun and they said the pizza was good!!
We had our sons birthday party here today. Events Staff was very attentive and kind. The pizza is made in house and it was delicious! The cotton candy tower was an extra special surprise for the kids. Our party attendant was excellent, kept drink pitchers full and handed out food quickly. The backpack birthday gift from Big Air is awesome! All of our guests had a great time. Overall amazing experience.
We came here for the toddler time costume contest! We always have a blast here. We especially love that big air has added new, fun play areas! The new lil ninja area is a favorite for my family and we love the new “big kid” areas as well. The addition of the zip line and big slide has made big air all the more exciting lately. Love this place!
Kids had a great time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Several things was not available to play in kids did hate that.
